Welcome to My Home. Our self service portal that helps you to take control of your tenancy, by accessing your account whenever you like, at a time that suits you. 

My Home is provided is in addition to being able to contact us via the Customer Services Centre during our opening hours.

My Home allows you to:

  • Take control of your rent account by checking your account balance, reviewing transactions and making online payments;
  • Request a repair and track the progress;
  • Notify us of changes in your personal details;
  • Notify us of any changes in your household;
  • Send a message directly to us.

You will need to register in order to access My Home.
